Medical Concepts Australia Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) – For Sale by Expressions of Interest

On 12th August 2024,  Brent Morgan and Shane Cremin of Rodgers Reidy (Administrators) were appointed as joint & several administrators of Medical Concepts Australia Pty Ltd (MCA). At the date of this appointment, MCA was trading, and the business continues to manufacture and sell its range of products at its premises in Knoxfield, Victoria.

Starting from humble beginnings as a small family business, MCA has evolved and grown into an industry-leading manufacturer of medical supplies in Australia. With over 30 years of expertise and experience, it is recognized as one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of a range of sterile procedure packs and kits for use by medical professionals across both private and public sectors.

Manufacturing and warehousing are conducted in Australia at their state-of-the-art facilities in eastern Melbourne and include surgical gowns, drapes, and a range of surgical procedure packs – custom procedure packs, and OEM.

The assets to be sold include all manufacturing equipment, intellectual property, and substantial stock – finished goods and raw materials.
