This is a timely opportunity to purchase a web-based trivia platform that was targeted towards licensed venues (i.e. pubs, taverns, etc.) across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Take over the content “as is”, providing quality recorded trivia events utilising the purpose-built platform and supporting collateral for licensed and/or aged care venues.

33 trivia shows have been recorded (each recording is between approximately 1 hour 50 minutes to 2 hours and 20 minutes), and one of the directors of the Company is the host of each show. There have also been prepared documents containing potential trivia questions for future shows.

NetQuizz was in the development stage but did not have access to sufficient capital with which to finalise the website, and mobile application and produce the balance of the trivia shows.
