Nathan Deppeler (Administrators) of Worrells Solvency and Forensic Accountants (Worrells) was appointed voluntary administrator of Blend and Pack Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (Company) on 3 October 2023 as the current director determined the appointment of a voluntary administrator was appropriate as they were not confident of the Company’s capacity to meet its obligations as and when they fell due.

Blend and Pack is Australia’s premium blending and canning facility.

It operated as a private family-oriented business based in the Southeast of Melbourne, Victoria.

It has been in business since 2007 and operated as a dairy nutritional and infant formula specialist, blending, packaging, and distribution services to customers in the infant formula and nutritional products market in Australian and Chinese markets. The facility is known for its highly mechanised robotic facility, quality, and blending capabilities, along with innovative and cutting-edge product development.

However, Blend and Pack ceased all operations of the business approximately 2 months prior to the appointment of Worrells as such is not currently trading.
