Chad Rapsey was appointed as liquidator of Sidcon Fabrications Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) as Trustee for The C. Sciulli Discretionary Trust in December 2023. The Company was placed into liquidation following a winding-up application by one of the Company’s creditors.

Whilst the physical assets of the Company have been dealt with, this remaining IP asset, being the Company’s main product patent is for sale, as is the business name. No other intangible assets are included.

The Company formerly operated a gates and fences fabrication business, which included the design, supply, and installment of a patented motorised gate arrangement. The Patent relates to the motorised gate arrangement which formed part of the manufacturing arm of the business.
